12 Days of Fitness

I know. I've been slacking. I will become a regular blogger. Here are some of my goals on this blog:
  • One recipe post per week
  • Posts about interesting Paleo information I read
  • Posts when I run across fun workouts
  • Reviews on Paleo-related foods/products/places
  • Giveaways!
  • Other interesting topics

I also want to provide an update to all of you who are waiting patiently for cooking shows from The Paleo Network. Yes, I owe you a couple of videos. First of all, I owe you a Paleo 101 video. Second, a cooking show. I have picked out the dish I will be making for the first video. I've named it The "BASKET" Salad. You'll have to tune in to my video in a couple weeks to find out what it's all about.

Last week, I received an email from What Runs Lori. It was about The 12 Days of Fitness by Tribe Sports and peaked my interest. Many of the exercises I incorporate into my current workouts, but this was slightly different. What you do is start with Day 1. When you get to Day 2, you do the Day 2 exercise + Day 1 exercise. Each day you do that day's exercise + all the previous. It's something different to add to your normal routine.
